Pressure Vessel

The company owns a Class‑D pressure‑vessel manufacturing licence (No. TS2245061‑2026), capable of designing and manufacturing Category‑I and Category‑II medium‑low‑pressure vessels, alongside their installation, repair and retrofit services.
We supply reaction, heat‑exchange, separation, storage and custom‑built non‑standard equipment for petrochemical, fertilizer, forest‑chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
Equipped with dedicated raw‑material and two‑tier welding‑consumable warehouses, an X‑ray radiographic room and exclusive stainless‑steel workshop, our plant and testing gear meet production specifications for Class‑I and‑II pressure vessels.

Product Description

I. Product Overview

Pressure vessels are national statutory special equipment, mainly used for material reaction, heat exchange, separation, and storage in closed pressure-bearing environments. Our factory holds pressure vessel manufacturing licenses and can produce Class I and Class II pressure vessels. Designed and manufactured in strict compliance with GB 150 and TSG 21 standards, all equipment can undergo supervisory inspection and registration. They are suitable for various industrial working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, corrosion, and sterility, and are widely used in production lines for chemicals, new energy, pharmaceuticals, power, environmental protection, etc.

II. Core Features

  • Extremely high pressure safety requirements: Equipment operates under high-pressure, high-temperature, corrosive, and fatigue conditions for long periods. Leakage or explosion can cause heavy casualties and property losses, making them key regulated special equipment.
  • Strong working condition adaptability: Can adapt to different pressure environments including negative pressure, atmospheric pressure, high pressure, and ultra-high pressure, while also withstanding extreme temperature conditions from low temperature (-196°C) to high temperature (hundreds of degrees Celsius).
  • Excellent sealing performance: Fully enclosed structure overall, effectively preventing leakage of flammable, explosive, toxic, and corrosive media, ensuring production safety and environmental safety.
  • Standardized and modular structure: Design, manufacturing, inspection, and installation all follow strict national standards. Equipment has strong versatility and can be customized and modified according to process requirements.

III. Main Application Fields

Pressure vessels are the "general basic equipment" of the industrial system, covering almost all heavy industries, energy, and livelihood industries:

  • Petrochemicals: Reaction towers, heat exchangers, oil and gas storage tanks, separation tanks — core equipment for refining production.
  • Energy and power: Boiler drums, high-pressure heaters, gas storage tanks, nuclear pressure-bearing equipment.
  • Pharmaceuticals and food: Fermentation tanks, sterilization tanks, concentration tanks, sterile storage tanks.
  • Machinery manufacturing: Air compressor gas storage tanks, hydraulic pressure tanks, coating pressure tanks.
  • New energy industry: Hydrogen storage tanks, lithium battery reactors, energy storage pressure-bearing equipment.
  • Municipal livelihood: Gas storage and distribution tanks, heating heat exchange equipment, water treatment pressure tanks.

IV. After-Sales Service

Warranty period: 1-year warranty for conventional tanks;
Free installation guidance and operation training provided;
Long-term supply of safety accessories and repair parts;
Undertakes flaw detection inspection, renovation, and refurbishment of old pressure vessels.
