I. Product Overview

The BS series ring-type glue blenders are medium-high speed small-capacity series, with fast and uniform glue mixing. The BF series ring-type glue blenders are large-capacity low-speed long-axis series, with improved feeding methods. While changing from radial feeding to tangential feeding, a hidden spiral guide plate is designed at the feeding port, completely solving the phenomena of poor feeding and dust at the feeding port. The discharge port is equipped with an automatic fine-tuning resistance door structure. The glue spray port adopts a fully atomized glue spraying method with compressed air, ensuring uniform glue mixing and saving glue consumption.

Adopts high-strength spiral dispersing and stirring structure, materials are tumbled and mixed in all directions, glue liquid is atomized and evenly attached, no dry materials, no glue agglomerates, greatly improving board strength and flatness.
