High-Temperature Industrial Cooling Tower

The High-Temperature Industrial Cooling Tower is a circulating-water heat-dissipation unit purpose-built for high-temperature conditions. Unlike standard cooling towers (typically ≤45°C inlet water), it stably handles 60°C–100°C hot water, quenching fluids, and high-temperature circulating media. It dissipates industrial waste heat through evaporative heat exchange plus forced air cooling, enabling water reuse.
Standard towers suffer packing softening, cooling attenuation, and motor burnout at elevated temperatures. This series has all core components reinforced for high-temperature service, supporting metallurgy & forging, chemical glue-making, heat treatment, and reactor installations, ensuring 24/7 continuous stable cooling.

I. Core Product Advantages

1. Strong High-Temperature Resistance

Stable operation with inlet water 60xc2xb0C~100xc2xb0C, no obvious attenuation of cooling efficiency under high-temperature environment, solving the high-temperature return water cooling problem of reactors and quenching equipment.

Optimized air-water ratio design with low evaporation water consumption; optional variable frequency fan automatically adjusts rotation speed according to water temperature, saving electricity with high-temperature full load and low-temperature low-speed operation. Closed type has almost no water loss, strong adaptability in water-scarce factories.

All core components are upgraded for high-temperature and humid environment. Packing does not collapse, high-temperature resistant motors are not easily damaged, and no frequent maintenance is required for annual continuous production.

Closed version isolates dust and impurities, keeping circulating water clean; open type is equipped with automatic pollution discharge device, regularly discharging sludge and impurities, extending the service life of pipelines and heat exchangers.

Complete specifications from 50 tons to 5000 tons per unit, can be connected in parallel with multiple units, no need to replace the whole equipment for later capacity expansion.

6. Noise Reduction & Dust Prevention

Optional silencing air duct and air inlet dust-proof louvers, stable operation even when the factory is adjacent to residential areas.
