The CNC Pipe Welding Machine is a fully automatic steel-strip tube production line. Leveraging CNC PLC plus high-frequency induction welding technology, it continuously forms, welds, sizes, and cuts stainless steel and carbon steel strips to batch-produce round, square, and rectangular anti-corrosion pipes.
Purpose-built to supply delivery pipes, cooling water circuits, formaldehyde transfer lines, and reactor circulation ducts for panel glue-making workshops, the output stainless steel welded pipes feature dense, leak-tight welds and high corrosion resistance, perfectly suited for conveying formaldehyde, glue, and high-temperature cooling water across the complete glue-making equipment chain.
The entire line runs under CNC linkage, with stored recipe parameters for forming, welding, traction, and cutting accessible via touchscreen. Size changeovers require no repeated tuning, enabling 24/7 uninterrupted mass production of industrial fluid piping.
